Please click on the link above to go to your account. It takes about 30 minutes for data from your phone to start showing up in your control panel after logging in.

Please restart or power down your phone and turn it back on after installing the software. Data from the target phone takes about 30 minutes to show up in your control panel. Ensure you have 3G or 4G Internet access on target phones, or no data will be sent to your control panel. Data is sent out every 30 minutes from target phones to your control panel. Ensure you have no security programs running on phones that block outgoing Internet connections. It works with Android 2.2X, Android 2.3X, and Android 4.0X, which comprise about 97% of Android Phones currently in use. If you are running an earlier version of Android, such as 2.1, it will not work. It will not work on 1% of phones rooted by users who have altered their Android OS. If, for some reason, you have not received data after a couple of hours, you can check to see if the app is running as shown below. If it is running, the phone is not sending out data due to a connection problem. Check your 3G or 4G connection to make sure they are working. You can turn on WIFI on your phone if you have WIFI available and see if data gets sent out after an hour. If you are worried about a child removing this software from your phone, you can always download a free locking app such as App Lock or Smart App Lock, preventing deinstallation without your permission.
Click on the Forgot Password button and enter your username or email address, and your password will be sent to the email you used to create your account with. The IMEI number can be found behind the battery on the phone, or you can go to About Phone under Settings to get the IMEI for the phone.
We cannot help you with that. You will need to make a new account. Remember that if you create an account and do not log in within 7 days after installation, we will cancel the account.
After installing the app, go to apps>settings>Application Manager>Running or apps>settings>Running Services. Please scroll down to the PhoneInsights icon under running apps and ensure it has started running. Please scroll down to the PhoneInsights icon under running apps and ensure it has started running. A screen will show up with the Title of the Active App. This screen shows you that the software is running correctly on the phone. If it is not running, take the battery out of the phone and then place it back in and restart it, as that works to restart all Android Phones.
If you want to add phones to your account, use the same username and password you used to make your original account when installing the software on those phones. There is more info on Phone Tracker at Phonetracker.com/faq.asp if needed.
Go to Device Options, go to Rename Device, and you can change the name in the drop-down box to any name you want by hitting Save Device Name. You can name the device after the target phone's phone number or the child's name, so it is easier to keep track of multiple phones in the account.
Go to either Settings>Application Manager>Downloaded Apps or Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and click the Phone Tracker icon. A page will come up where you would hit the button that says Force Stop, hit the Uninstall button, and then confirm you want to uninstall the software. When the phone prompts you to hit OK to uninstall software, do so, and the software will be uninstalled. You will see one more screen telling you the software has been removed, and hit OK. Shut off the phone at that point and then restart. You can check to see if it is uninstalled by going to Settings>Application Manager>Downloaded Apps or Settings>Applications>Manage Applications to ensure it is not there.
Make sure you have GPS turned on for the phone. Go to Settings>Location> or Settings>Location and Security and make sure you have at least Google location services and Verizon location services checked if you are using Verizon. You may have to check off other GPS settings depending on your carrier.
We cancel accounts if there are no logins for any 7 days. Since these are free accounts, we cannot maintain accounts that are not being used. We will also cancel an account if no data enters the control panel for 7 days. If no data is coming into the account, we will alert your control panel to let you know which phone is not sending out data, so you can fix the problem or take the phone out of the account.
You would then need to log in and delete one of the phones from the account to add another phone.
